Beautiful historic rectory from 1605 located in the Lubusz Voivodeship in the Polish-German border region. It is a two-story brick building with a rectangular layout and a hipped roof. The house was renovated in the 18th century, with some of the rooms preserving their cross and barrel vaults.

 

The area of ​​the rectory building is 474 m² (two basements, ground floor, upper floor, and an additional attic with the possibility of adaptation and gaining additional space). The building has been extensively restored: new door and window openings have been installed, the basements have been restored, the foundations throughout the building have been reinforced, and new gutters and downspouts have been installed.

 

The former stable building from 1853 is listed in the municipal heritage register and has an area of ​​approximately 132 m² (ground floor and upper floor). It is a brick building that has been converted into a residential house. The ground floor features brick vaults in very good condition. Additionally, the roof has been re-covered, the attic insulated, the roof structure strengthened, and new wooden windows installed.

 

A barn from the 18th century still needs to be restored or can be demolished. The rectory and the economic building (intended as a residential house according to the project) have been regularly renovated since 2015. The buildings have all the necessary permits, inspections, approvals, construction records, as well as planning documents and conservation recommendations. All work has been carried out solidly and in accordance with the instructions of the heritage conservation officer.

The property's utilities include electricity, water, and a septic tank. There is also planning permission for an individual wastewater treatment plant for guesthouses or personal use. Access to the property is via an asphalt road.

 

In Broniszów, there are also other landmarks, including the impressive castle in Broniszów. The village is located in a quiet area in the Nowa Sól district, approximately 20 km south of Zielona Góra.

 

This historic property would be well-suited as a venue for workshops, medical services, corporate use, or any other purpose.
