The building complex is a listed granary with distillery from the first half of the 19th century.

It consists of a main building with a tower, a storehouse, a boiler house with a chimney, a utility building, a weighing room and a drying room - usable area in total about 9,300 m².

All buildings are in a condition in need of renovation.

Lot no. 151/2, km. 1, flat, partially wooded, partially fenced, area: 53 acres, access via gravel road, single exit from paved municipal road. Utilities at the boundary of the property. Distillery building and granary are listed on the monument register.
