Location
Siggelkow, approx. 10 km south-east of Parchim, is idyllically and quietly situated between forests and fields in a hilly landscape with good connections and local recreation. All daily necessities are available in Parchim or Lübz (approx. 8 km and approx. 10 km respectively). This location is geographically almost exactly between Hamburg and Berlin (approx. 150 km each). The A24 highway towards Berlin/Hamburg is only approx. 12 km away. Three bathing lakes are in the immediate vicinity (20 minutes by bike, less than 10 minutes by car) and the Müritz-Elde waterway flows through the municipal area. The property is situated on the edge of the forest in a quiet location on a side road with no through traffic noise and has two separate driveways. The garden land extends behind the house as far as the forest.
