The baroque palace was built in the middle of the 18th century.

The palace is a two-storey building with a basement on a rectangular ground plan with a high hipped roof and dormers.
On the eastern side elevation there is an arcade in the form of three arcades supported on columns, which carry a loggia.
On the estate farm buildings from the nineteenth century have been preserved. Noteworthy is the journeyman's house from the eighteenth century.
The front view of the palace in Kostrzyn was directed to the north, towards the rectangular manor yard, around which the manor houses were built.
In the axis of the garden there is an avenue of linden trees, which today is about 150 years old.
A small area between the linden avenue and the manor house was prepared for recreational purposes. A small park was created there.
The whole area was fenced with a high stone wall, which is preserved on its considerable length.

The usable area of the palace is about 1000 m2.

The land plot is very attractively located:
- In a distance of about 1 km there is Niedów (Witka) lake,
- at a distance of 6 km there is the Berzdorfer See with an area of 960 ha and a depth of 72 m (a recreation place for the inhabitants of Germany and Poland because of the proximity of the border crossing between Görlitz and Radomierzyce). Attractions include bathing places with excellent water quality, the possibility of sailing, fishing, hiking and biking trails, viewpoints, a marina. In the complex there is also an 18-hole golf course and a network of bridle paths.
- The property is located about 18 km from the A4 highway, to Zgorzelec about 15 km, to Wrocław about 175 km and to the international airport in Wrocław about 182 km, to Warsaw about 520 km, to Prague about 157 km, to Berlin about 284 km,

The property is covered by the spatial study and marked as RP - agricultural and natural areas, part of the property is covered as residential and service area and is located in the nature reserve.

After renovation and adaptation the property is ideal for: Senior center, guest house, SPA center.
